Lifetime Warranty Policy – Rebuild Actuators Ltd
At Rebuild Actuators Ltd, we are proud to provide a Lifetime Warranty on all actuators we fully rebuild.
In the rare event that you need to make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below before removing any actuators:
1. Identify the fault codes.
2. Contact us immediately so we can confirm that the fault codes relate to an actuator fault.
3. Once we confirm the fault codes, remove the actuator(s) and send them to:

When posting your parcel, please:
• Declare a parcel value of £25.00 GBP (or the equivalent in your local currency).
• Use the description “Faulty car part.”
• Include a note inside the box with your name, contact details, and the fault codes (if available).
Once we receive your actuator(s), we will arrange for a replacement set to be sent directly to you.
Our Excess Charge:
Under our warranty policy, an excess fee of £125 per unit applies to each actuator returned under warranty.
This fee covers administrative work, professional diagnostics, shipping and handling, and the significant time required to fault-find a previously rebuilt unit. Some warranty returns that experience failure after a full refurbishment are beyond repair and must be written off.
The time involved in processing, repairing, and carrying out extended testing on a warranty return is considerably greater than for standard units passing through our workshop.
