RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Rebuild's "Lifetime warranty" covers ALL actuators, but we sadly can't include part of a lifetime warranty the following:

labour costs, inspection, handing, new owner documents & invoices, postage & shipping costs, staff processing time and packing costs are not included in the lifetime lifetime warranty.

All parts, including repair costs (components and parts) is included in the lifetime warranty. Even if the actuator is beoynd repair. but Staff time & physical costs to Rebuild Actuators LTD I can't cover.

A small excess fee of £40 per unit is applied to an actuator return. This is to go towards costs involved when receiving a warranty return as detailed above.
